Booking
All services must be booked online or via text with LAB BOT. This ensures your slot is secured and our policies are maintained.
Appointment Confirmation
You will receive an automated confirmation via email or text shortly after booking. Please review your details and save the appointment to your calendar.
Running Late
We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you are running later than 10 minutes, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service to remain on schedule.
Last-Minute Cancellation
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee. We appreciate your understanding in helping us manage our stylists' time.
No-Show
Missed appointments without notification will be charged the full service amount. Future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.
Respect & Professionalism
We cultivate an environment of mutual respect. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service.
Membership / Loyalty
Loyalty rewards and membership benefits are non-transferable and subject to change. Terms apply to redeeming points on specific services.
Service
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment.
